About Me
I grew up moving around as an Army kid, always adjusting to new places and faces. Along the way, I’ve faced my own struggles, but those experiences have shaped who I am today. After college, I spent years bartending before finding my way to nursing, which took me to emergency rooms in Chicago, Seattle, and San Francisco. I’ve seen a lot, and it’s made me both compassionate and resilient. I believe in meeting people where they are, with an open mind and an open heart. Outside of work, I love reading, cooking, and finding peace among old-growth trees. At home, I share life with my partner, our daughter, two dogs, two cats, and Kiwi, the bearded dragon.
My philosophy
I’ve witnessed firsthand the critical need for compassionate, accessible mental health care.
Having practiced across a broad clinical spectrum, I approach each person with deep empathy and respect for their unique trajectory. I believe that while our narratives are often shaped by painful or negative experiences, they do not define our potential.
In our work together, medication is viewed as a supportive tool—not a destination. My goal is to provide evidence-based medication management that creates the mental and emotional space necessary for you to reframe limiting beliefs and recognize your inherent self-worth. By balancing clinical expertise with a focus on self-compassion, we will build an individualized treatment plan that honors your biological needs and your personal values, empowering you to embrace every part of your journey.
True healing requires attention to both mind and body, and my approach reflects this holistic perspective.
I offer the flexibility of both in-person and telehealth appointments to meet you where you are.
